About The Event
Environments that encompass a “We” perspective build and preserve healthy and effective employees. This translates into highly productive and successful organizations.
Businesses who seek to promote a “We” perspective, over an “Us vs Them” or “Me vs You” stance, communicate a message of safety, trust and engagement. “Us vs Them” environments negatively create employee stress and lead to defensiveness and mistrust, resulting in a diminished and withdrawn workforce.
Interested in how to build an engaging environment that maintains a high degree of professionalism and productivity? Join GCP and OhioGuidestone on Wednesday February 7th, 2018 as Psychologist and EVP Benjamin Kearney, PhD presents “Building the We”. Attendees will walk away with specific strategies to identify, establish and enhance inclusion, collaboration and confidence for optimal outcomes and sustainability.
